  • CrossFit

    Based on the CrossFit prescription of “constantly varied functional movement executed at high intensity,” our CrossFit program combines strength training with the “classic” CrossFit cardio workout. For this 1-hour class, you could be working on pull-ups, rowing, burpees and much more. Every WOD is different so you never get bored! We scale each exercise to your fitness level, so you get the maximum workout every time.

  • HIIT Squad

    30 minute class designed to provide you with a quick but killer cardiovascular workout. These classes incorporate our assault bikes, rowers, Trueform treadmills, med-balls & body-weight movements in a High Intensity Interval Training format.

  • Mobility 101

    30 minute class designed to increase your recovery, flexibility, mobility & movement efficiency. While reducing pain and stiffness.

  • Bodyweight 101

    60 minute class designed to help you master the gymnastic movements. These classes will be technique & mobility heavy focusing on various pull-up, muscle up, and hand stand push up progressions.

  • Boot-camp

    Forging Fitness is a 60-minute workout split into intervals of metabolic conditioning (cardio) and functional strength training. We incorporate athletic drills, running, rowing, plyometrics, kettlebells, functional movements, and more. This course is designed to deliver a total body workout and increase your overall fitness faster.

  • Weightlifting 101

    This introductory level class is dedicated to Olympic weightlifting. Our programming follows set cycles prepping lifters for WODs or competition. This course is great whether you’re looking to improve your technique and strength or want to pursue Olympic Weightlifting as a sport.
