Based on the CrossFit prescription of "constantly varied functional movement executed at high intensity," our CrossFit program combines strength training with the "classic" CrossFit cardio workout. For this 1-hour class, you could be working on pull-ups, rowing, burpees and much more. We scale each exercise to your fitness level, so you get the maximum workout every time.
Classes are split between two groups. Competition and Fitness. Crossfit Fitness training is a safe, fun & effective form of training that will teach you to master the core movements of life, (Squat, Deadlift, Pull up, Press, etc.) as well as develop a strong base of conditioning.
Crossfit Competition training is our most challenging program. It will incorporate all fitness modalities from Olympic weightlifting to Gymnastics. This program requires a high level of training experience.
